Operation and Maintenance Technician (Water System)

Job description

1. Role in Operation and Maintenance Activities
Responsible for supervising/operating and maintaining utility systems including RO water, water for injection, wastewater, water supply, and fire protection systems;
Develop maintenance plans for assigned equipment;
Ensure implementation and documentation according to approved regulations and guidelines;
Verify application of relevant SOPs and participate in GMP training;
Maintain records related to preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and usage logs in compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements;
Provide technical consultation and propose improvements in operation and maintenance for optimization and efficiency.
2. Role in Evaluation and Coordination Activities
Supervise external contractors performing maintenance and repair of utility, production, and testing equipment;
Collaborate and support maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment serving production.
3. Other Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Department Manager.

1. Education and Qualifications
Minimum of a College degree in Environmental Engineering/Industrial Wastewater Treatment and Drainage.
2. Experience and Professional Knowledge
More than 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing plant.
3. Competencies and Personal Qualities
Careful and detail-oriented personality;
Ability to self-learn and update knowledge, regulations related to the scope of work;
Ability to work independently, strong problem analysis skills, and effective work management within assigned responsibilities.
4. Work Shifts
Shift 1: From 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM;
Shift 2: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
Shift 3: From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
